Safe File Access
Navigator security limits the use
of client records to authorized organizational
purposes. The system allows clients
to define access privileges based
on the viewer and document type. A
supervisor, for example, may be allowed
to see individuals’ training
records but not medical surveillance
data. Clients can extend temporary
security privileges to DOT, OSHA or
other regulatory bodies by requesting
provisional user IDs and passwords.
