Facility Compliance

Facility Compliance tracks events tied to equipment, facilities or groups of locations. TrueNorth allows clients to record and report information for both regulatory events as well as organizational compliance events. Documents associated with those activities can then be viewed instantly via the Internet for any piece of equipment or any location in an organization.

Companies can specify the frequency of facility compliance requirements or associate those requirements with the occurrence of other events. For example, clients can track findings for the annual review and signoff of programs such as bloodborne pathogens plans, lockout/ tagout plans, and personal protective equipment reviews. TrueNorth can also capture follow-up requirements for inspection, audit or monitoring results. Those “cascaded” follow-up activities are then tracked by due date and responsible party to their point of final remediation.
